Intramural sports go through a cycle of various games throughout the year. However, the next one coming up is a classic college party staple: water pong.  Water pong is a game where 10 cups, filled with water, are set up on either side of a table. A line is drawn, and the object of the game is to shoot a ping pong ball across the table into the cups on the other side to relieve them. Whichever team is the first to relieve all the cups on the other team’s side is the winner.

For the first time since 2021, the Super Bowl featured a man who once donned the Power T thanks to New England’s Dell Pettus.  Though the Patriots fell short in the big game, Pettus recorded two tackles against the Seattle Seahawks. After being signed as an undrafted free agent in 2023, Pettus recorded at least one tackle in each of the team’s four playoff games. Troy softball dominated in the Trojan Classic this past weekend, and one of the players who led the team in its four wins was Makaley Boswell.  A junior utility player out of Geneva, Alabama, Boswell hit an even .500 on 14 plate appearances with a 1.597 OPS. This past week, the Troy track and field squads headed to Gainesville, Florida, to compete with some of the best at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational.
