Troy football has announced the hire of Ben Sowders as the new director of strength and conditioning.   Sowders comes to the role after a two-year stint at Arkansas in the same position. The spring tennis season is officially underway for the Troy women’s tennis team following its debut matches against UNF and Stetson. The Troy baseball team added a new transfer from just down the road to the roster.
