Troy football has announced the hire of Ben Sowders as the new director of strength and conditioning. Sowders comes to the role after a two-year stint at Arkansas in the same position. The spring tennis season is officially underway for the Troy women’s tennis team following its debut matches against UNF and Stetson. Australian runer stars for track and field as season
All the way from down under, Ethan Forbes has already set his name in the record books at Troy in his first two weeks of competition with the Trojans. In just over a week, Forbes set the school record in the indoor 800m… twice.
