There is truly nothing that gets you in the mood for fall like pumpkin spice. Pair it with a big, fluffy cinnamon roll, and you might as well be in an autumn paradise. The thing about cinnamon rolls, though – they are a lot of work. If proofing yeast and rising dough just is not your thing, these quick and easy pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls might be just what you need to kick off the fall season!
Ingredients:
- 1 can of refrigerated cinnamon rolls (the bigger the better)
- Approximately 1.5 cups of pumpkin spice coffee creamer
- 1 can of premade cream cheese frosting
- Approximately 2 teaspoons of pumpkin spice
Directions:
- Preheat the oven according to package instructions.
- Place your cinnamon rolls into a well-greased pan. Pour the coffee creamer over and around the cinnamon rolls, making sure there is no pan showing though, and each roll has a drizzle on it. You are looking for about a half an inch of creamer in the dish. If you want the pumpkin spice flavor to be stronger, mix in some of your spice before pouring over the creamer.
- Bake according to package instructions. If you do not like a gooey center for your cinnamon rolls, add 2-3 minutes to your cooking time. The cinnamon rolls should soak up all that creamer, causing them to be fluffy and spicy!
- After cooling, frost the cinnamon rolls using your store-bought or homemade frosting, whatever your preference is.
- Top with a sprinkle of pumpkin spice, and you are ready to enjoy! This treat pairs well with a cup of coffee or tea and makes a great breakfast or afternoon snack!
