Mrs. Leslie’s Buffalo Chicken “Crack” Dip

Ingredients:  


  • 2 blocks cream cheese softened  

  • 1 package dry ranch flavoring 

  • 8 oz sour cream  

  • 1 pack real bacon bits 

  • 1 large can shredded chicken, drained 

  • 1 cup sharp shredded cheese for mixing 

  • 1 cup sharp shredded cheese for topping  

  • 1/3 cup hot sauce  


Instructions: 


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  

  2. Mix all of the ingredients, except for one cup of cheese, together very well.  

  3. When all ingredients are combined, spread the mixture evenly in a casserole dish. Take the remaining cheese and sprinkle it over the top evenly.  

  4. Bake at 350 until bubbly.  Serve with your favorite chip or cracker!
