Tierra Mccall Staff Writer   The Trojan Center’s second-floor renovations have been completed and are now open to students. TC underwent several renovations over the last year. “It was time to transform the student center into a more modern look that exemplifies our Trojan Spirit,” said Derrick Brewster, director of the Trojan Center and associate dean of Student Services. The ballrooms, second-floor lobby area and student involvement and leadership offices have been remodeled. The Health Center has been moved and is now located in the old fitness center area. The SGA senate room was also updated and now includes two meeting rooms located adjacent to the new Health Center. At this time, no other renovations are scheduled for the Trojan Center. “Nothing specific to renovations, but we will continue to add to the Trojan Warrior spirit of the Trojan Center by adding Trojan murals throughout the facility,” Brewster said when asked about any future updates. According to Brewster, the Trojan Center is currently accepting reservation forms for use of the ballrooms. These forms can be found on the Trojan Center website under student life resources at troy.edu. More information about TC can also be found on the website.
