The 22nd Annual John Robert Lewis (JRL) Leadership Conference, held by Troy University and the City of Troy, will be on Feb. 6 and 7.  The conference was formed in 2002 by Trustee Lamar P. Higgins and was implemented through the Troy University Leadership Institute to kick off Black History Month.
