Former Troy University students Ryan Austin Calhoun, 23, and Delonte Martistee, 23 — two men involved in a 2015 spring break sexual assault against a woman — have been sentenced to 10 years in prison, according to the Bay County, Florida, Sheriff’s Office.

Circuit Judge James Fensom designated both as registered sex offenders and sexual predators during their hearing on Friday, Oct. 21.

The maximum sentence for their crime of “sexual battery by multiple perpetrators” is 30 years, and the minimum is nine. Despite each man’s plans for the future, the prosecutors on the case argued that neither showed remorse for his actions nor reported the incident.
