Troy Art and Design seeks volunteers
Students looking to get into the Halloween spirit can help create a spooky experience of their own as Troy University’s Department of Art and Design seeks volunteers for its upcoming haunted house.
Malory Magrath, a departmental secretary for the Art and Design Department, said students do not have to limit themselves to one role when volunteering for the event.
“We need actors, people to do makeup and move props and just anyone who wants to help out in any capacity that they want,” Magrath said.
The different roles give students opportunities to contribute inside the haunted house and behind the scenes as preparations for the event begin.
Magrath said potential volunteers should come prepared to enjoy themselves while helping create the experience for others.
“Volunteers should be ready to have fun and help create a spooky experience for everyone,” Magrath said.
Students who cannot attend the interest meeting can still get involved by contacting Magrath by phone or email at mmagrath@troy.edu and 334-670-3391.
Magrath said potential Basketball Bros should come prepared to enjoy themselves while helping create the experience for others.
